About Returns

How to make a return?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us through online chatbox or email ainpecca@yeah.net. Our online staff will guide you on how to refund.

We offer a 30-day return policy for all the products. Please provide return tracking number in time. After your package arriving at our warehouse, the refund is expected to return to your account within 2 workdays.

Please note:

1.Except quality problem, you're supposed to pay for the postage fee.

2.Returns must be made in suitable packaging and in the same condition they were delivered in. Also, provide the package photo through chatbox.

3.If the product has any quality problems, contact us within 24 hours after receiving the package. We will request pictures of the damage so that we can investigate the cause and provide a satisfying solution.

4.We reserve the right to request pictures of damages or the return of the original faulty/damaged part. If the part can be repaired we will happily send the repaired item back to you with delivery charges prepaid by us. When a part cannot be repaired, a replacement item will be sent back to you at our cost.
